I’m an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior in the School of Management at University College London. I received my PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cambridge. I study social networks, personality, and interpersonal perception, using a wide variety of methodological approaches. My research has been published in Organization Science, Psychological Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Academy of Management Annals, and covered in outlets such as The Economist, Wall Street Journal, and Harvard Business Review. In 2022, I was named one of the “World’s Best 40 under 40 Business School Professors” by Poets & Quants.
